Without examining you , statistically, the common thing is orthopedic problems or neurologic problems. There may have been a lot of pressure (may have been?!?!?!?) from the baby to cause a shift in the pelvic bones or a very common dislocated disc causing nerve pressure. If it still hurts, get it checked out. It may be as little as needing some exercise and physical therapy.
