It's not only okay, it's highly recommended. Many massage therapists specialize in massage for pregnant women. Also, many doulas (at least in my area) do massage, and it's a great way to check a doula out and see if she's someone you could stand to have touching you during labor, if she has any mannerisms that drive you up the wall, etc.
