Hello. I am not an expert in any form but I did read about spotting when you have a bowel movement. Constipation is a cause of some light spotting. I would definately keep an eye on it but it could and probably is nothing. (remember - sometimes you spot after BD and irritate the cervix.) Good luck & congrats!
