It can be lab error or a rapidly decreasing progesterone level. I wouldn't see a problem in progesterone supplementation in one of my patients while waiting for the next prog. level. Couldn't hurt and it may help. Why not speak to your doctor and dicuss as to whether or not this option is appropriate for you.
