hydatidiform moleFrom: aarthi (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 8 Sep 1999 11:54:51 -0500 (CDT)
Dear Doctor, I have recently delivered a live healthy male child by a C/S intra-operatively along side the normal placenta there was a mass of vesicles grossly resembling hydatiform mole. Histopathology confirmed benign hydatiform mole with no trophoblastic invasion. How ever serial beta HCG was suggested. Antenataly the patient had no symptom suggesting molar pregnancy. Doppler study was also normal.Presently the patient is on her 6th post operative day. Kindly guide me as to the follow up of the patient and also any additional information on this subject will be welcome. Dr Aarthi
