The medication is widely used in pregnancy. I just read (literally, this weekend) that labetolol has been associated with preterm labor and a smaller baby. Have your specialist decide whast is the best medication for you in your particular situation. Some side effects far outweigh not using the medication.

You are taking medication. Did I misunderstand your question? Obviously.

I think your doctor has things well in hand. Serial sonograms, non stress tests when appropriate and frequent office visits (along with the appropriate amount of rest) will be your best therapy along with the medication prescribed. >At Fri, 4 Dec 1998, Thomas wrote:
