Thanks! thrush is a yeast infection. yes the mother can get it as well if the baby is breastfeeding. it is best to treat both the mother and baby or they will quite possibly reinfect one another. yogurt is good for the mother to eat to help fight it, also garlic. not sure that yogurt should be given to a young baby. if anyone has an opinion on yogurt and babies i would love to hear it.
