It is a white cottage cheesy looking build up or rash inside the mouth caused by yeast. The doctor gave me a liquid medication to swab in his mouth several times a day. You have to keep up with the medication until you are sure it is completely gone otherwise it will keep coming back. I know from experience. My son had it and it seemed to take forever to fully get rid of it.
