Just to let you know I had the same things with my twin pregnancy unfort. one twin had already demised - the tear was on the living twin - she is a beautiful 2 year old now. if its a minor tear as mine was - bed rest & refraining from intercourse will only insure it tears no more & your body will mind it as any tear in your skin. GOOD LUCK
