Postpartum Anxiety

I delivered 3 weeks ago and when ever my milk drops for the baby to eat I get all of the physical symptoms of an anxiety attack. I have been on an emotional high and have had no sadness or depression, or the worry which is usually associated with anxiety attacks. It is all physical. I start to sweat, my heart races, I become shaky and shiver, and my breathing rate increases. Is this normal? What can I do to stop these sensations that can last up to 5 minutes?
