I had placenta accreta with 2nd child this year. Hemmorraged after an hour of OB manually removing placenta(without pain meds or epidural) ,7 weeks postpartum had D&C for retained placenta. Is it safe or even possible to have a subsequent pregnancy and safe delivery? Any answers would be most helpful to my husband and self.

Thank you, Michelle.
