Misti: The way to find out if you need a vaccine repeat, is to talk to your doctor about drawing a rubella titer. It measures your immune level for rubella. If it is OK, you should be fine for any pregnancy. Part of the normal prenatal labs are also to draw a titer, so If for some reason it would drop after this draw and no longer show you immune (which I seriously doubt) they would just give you the shot after you deliver.
