I am still wondering if I need a new rubella shot. I haven't received any feedback from my fist message. My question is: do I need a new rubella shot? I had one about five years ago for college. Do I need a booster? My sister-in-law and my best friend were both given one right after they delivered their babies. I know I have to wait three months after having a rubella shot before I can conceive or the baby is at risk for birth defects. I really need an answer. I would like to have the shot now if I need one. My husband and I would like to start trying to have a baby next fall. I would like to get the shots and tests I need before we start trying to conceive. Thank you for any help.
