Yes, it could be real. The tests respond to a hormone only found in a pregnant body. Your period could actually have been implantation -- was it normal? Light? It's not unheard of for a woman to have a couple of periods while pregnant. Until you see a Dr just remain calm. Remember there is nothing you can do right now...
