Hi - I felt the same way this last time. (I am only 6 weeks pregnant.) I had a miscarriage, too, and the last time I was pregnant, my breasts hurt right away. I had other small symptoms that were different, but the breast soreness was the main thing. This time, I was sure I was going to start my period. I had cramps like I was going to, but the period never came. Finally, after being 2 days late, I took a test. I was so scared because I didn't want to see a negative result, but it was positive. About 3 days after that, my breasts began to get sore. They still are not as sore as they were last time. I think you are right - it is just still early for you to have any symptoms. Since you have been pregnant before, you may just feel the same way I did this time. People tell me each pregnancy is different. This time it is for me, too. Good luck!
