Hi Rachel, I am just going through something very similar to you, and have been reading up on it.

You may not be as pregnant as you think because they assume you have perfect 28 day cycles, and you ovulated on the 14th day. If your cycles are longer or you ovulated later, your baby(ies) may be younger than you expect.

How big were the embryonic sacs? Here is a great web site: http://radiology.creighton.edu/Milestones-U%2FS-Normal-Preg.html It has a table of sac measurements and HCG levels.
