Someone please help me. I am 6 weeks pregnant, I have been cramping off and on for the past 3 weeks, and I started spotting 8/16. I went to the ER and was told it was too early to tell. The ultrasound showed a sac and the fetus, but no heartbeat. My doctor wants to do another ultrasound next week. My cramps have subsided, but my bleeding is a little more than a spot. I also don't feel pregnant anymore. My breasts are not tingling, I'm not constipated, and I'm not sleepy like I used to be. I don't know if it's worry or what. Also, I never really experienced morning sickness. No one has mentioned anything about the hcg levels I've seen mentioned here. I am a nervous wreck playing the waiting game. Just someone please respond. Thank you.
