I am 5 weeks pregnant, and since yesterday, I've had pains that are similar to gas pains in my stomach and lower abdomen, both left and right sides and center, above the hairline. I feel really bloated, too. Could these be gas pains, or should I be really concerned? I was waiting until tomorrow to see if these would go away. I had a miscarriage in February, and I am scared to death that I may miscarry again. I am having no bleeding at all - just these weird pains. It feels like there is a lot of pressure, too. I'm getting scared. Can anyone help?
