Could you please explain to me exactly what Battledore Placenta is, and how and if it can be detected prior to delivery? Also what if any type of treatment would they have if detected prior to delivery? What are signs and symptoms, if any, that an expectant mother may exhibit prior to delivery. If a fetal monitor of any assistance in detecting this condition?
