Next in thread: Angela: "Re: 21 weeks and spotting" Reply: Angela: "Re: 21 weeks and spotting" I noticed last week (20th week) that I had some brown blood on my panties and that it continued for a short time one morning. I went to my doctor and he told me that my placenta is not low lying, that the fetus looks good and that I was not dialated. No spotting occurred for the next few days. This morning however, I noticed some spotting again. A brownish color, definately not bright red. It stopped within an hour. I do not have cramping pain of any sort, and I have not seen a mucus discharge. I am very concerned about this. What can this brown spotting mean? I can feel the baby inside me moving around, so I think all is well with him. Can someone help?
