Yes, it is a fertility drug, and I don't know the % of multiples, but with clomid, it is very small. and YES, it does work...I had irregular periods, and tried 50mg of clomid which did nothing, but I ovulated on 100mg, and now have a beautiful 9 week old little boy! If ovulation is your problem, then hopefully this will work for you!! Good luck, Juliana
