subchorionic bleeding

I am 15 weeks pregnant with a third child. I am 32 years old. I had no complications with the first two pregnancies. A week ago I woke up having soaked my underwear with bright red blood. The bleeding stopped. The u/s showed a heartbeat. Yesterday I went for an u/s. The heartbeat was 155. The baby was well formed and the correct size for date. The baby wasn't still a moment. Later, I received a call from my family doctor(who was doing my ob care) she said I had a subchorionic bleed in the bottom of the amniotic sac and I would need to see a OB/GYN. She made an appt. with an OB/GYN for a week and a half from now. In the meantime I can find liitle to no information on this challenge of pregnancy. She told me to take it easy and no sex. My questions are endless... but for now what exactly is a subchorionic bleed? Where is located? What caused it? How does it affect the growth of the baby? Are there complications during birth, after birth? How easy should I be taking it? Does sex include orgasms or just penetration? What is the chance of bleeding again? When I bled did my cervix dilate? How will this affect the rest of my pregnancy care? Any information or answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your response.
