Also drinking lots of water and eating a nutritious diet will help. You can't really overdose on it, although it will make throw up if you take enough.(it is an emetic)It is also good for your liver,heart,kidneys,and memory. It can cause you to sweat(diaphoretic),and it purifies your blood. Drinking Raspberry leaf tea will improve the nutritional quality of your milk. I got this information from a book called: A Modern Herbal by Mrs. M. Grieve you could probably get it at your local bookstore or look at it at your local library.
