Hello Dr McIntosh,

I just wanted to say another "cheers" for a great reply, and this one is especially encouraging to me because of the related personal experience bit and the generous dose of humor! I love to read your responses here for these reasons and more. You sound like such a wonderful doctor. Anyway, I just also wanted to say congratulations to you for your expected new family member, and is this your first one?

(oh and to every other doctor here, thanks for you input as well, and to every expectant parent here, congrats as well!)
