I have been searching desperately for any info on this and this is the first I've really come across. I had twins 11 months ago and about two weeks after giving birth started with the same symptoms. I've seen specialists but they cannot find anything wrong. (I even had a minor procedure for hemmorhoids which didn't help at all). I realise it was several months since your last posting. I'm surprised no one else has replied. Please let me know how you're going on. Is there a cure. By the way I didn't have an episiotomy but did have a tear needing stitches. Lisa
