I am an ultrasonographer in Montana. We see these quite commonly and they are a benign finding. They seem to be more common now that we have such good ultrasound equipment, that gives us better images. It is usually a papillary muscle showing a bright reflector I would not stress it. Ask your Doctor if this is in the location of the papillary muscle and then quit worrying and enjoy your pregnancy!!

Good Luck,
