My uterus is retroverted, with my left ovary behind it. The results from an HSG showed that my uterus has a small arc, and that it sits to the extreme left, (so much that my right ovary seems to be in the center of my pelvis). If I should become pregnant, (I am undergoing infertility treatment), does this indicate a higher risk for miscarrage, birth defect or complications ?
