Well, that is a guideline so if you are really concerned, go to your doctor with your charts in hand. I know how hard it is to wait. My daughter is 16 1/2 mos old and we have been waiting for my cycles to resume. I had my first one in mid-June and nothing since. She is still breastfeeding round the clock (with some solid foods during the day) so I'm sure that is part of the reason why I am on cycle day 45 and my temps are still low.

If you are concerned about your LP/progesterone levels, talk to your doc about having a progesterone level checked and/or an endometrial biopsy.
