I am so sorry for your losses. It is so heartbreaking to lose babies. :(

I have never heard of age being a deciding factor in having a laparoscopy. I was under the understanding that the only definitive way to diagnose endometriosis was by laparoscopy. Given the family history, I would find a doctor who was more interested in finding an answer to your recurrent miscarriages.

You said you had blood tests done. Do you know what tests were run exactly? This could mean anything from the basic thyroid and prolactin tests or the more in depth antiphospholipid testing.

It wouldn't hurt to get a copy of your test results to see exactly what was tested.
