I'm > worried that since it didn't double, things may not be progressing as > normal. Hi Annie, Your hcg should rise approximately 66% in 48 hours. Yours did that with extra to spare! A heartbeat should be seen on ultrasound soon so please ask your doctor for a scan for reassurance. Let us know how everything goes.
