I am 31 weeks pregnant and I have been having cramps..like period cramps and a very low backache for 2 days now. It started Yesterday after walking through a Mall. I am a bit concerned, but it doesn't feel like contractions. It doesn't seem to come and go it just never goes away. I have tried eating, drinking, and lying down and none of this helps. Should I just let time help ? Or call my Dr.?
