Doctor,
Thank You for your reply. I really appreciate it. I would have one
done if it were absolutly necessary, however for both of my births one
was done before I even started pushing so it seemed to me that it was a
routine procedure done most of the time and not just when medically
necessary. This has been the case in the two other births I have been
in the room for. I am oppossed to no medical procedure given during
labor and birth that will save the mother and the baby, just the ones
that are routinly administered even when their is no real medical need,
just because the doctor is in the habit of performing it.
