Reply: tami: "Re: Clomid - Doctor response please, Thanks." I've tried 3 months of 50 mg Clomid with no conception success. Was wondering about the following questions for future action: 1. If dosage was increased to 100mg, even though I'm ovulating at 50mg, what is the implication of an LH excess? 2. Should I now be tested for a luteal phase defect? and 3. During my 4th trial this month, should i be supplementing with an estrogen. If so, what is the regime? Seeing my Ob/Gyn on Aug 5th but am evaluating whether I should start another trial of Clomid on Wednesday, or wait for my appointment. No PCO symptoms. Thanks a bunch for helping me! Trying to understand this med a little further and appreciate any info possible.
