Pregnant again after 3 miscarriages and 2 etopicsFrom: Alana (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 26 Jul 1999 11:42:43 -0500 (CDT)
On July 12, 1999, I found out that I was pregnant for the 6th time (I have no children). Since July 19th, I have been back and forth to the hospital taking Quant. HCG's to make sure that my levels are rising. On the 19th my HCG was 184.18, then it went up to levels 531.98, 618.68, 854.28, 1462.54, and today (July 26th) it is 3303. I know that rising levels show a good sign, but my ultrasound didn't show any sign of pregnancy. I've had two so far (July 19 & 26). The Dr. said that he will do a repeat u/s on the 28th, if there is still no sign, it could be another etopic. If there is another etopic, I will have to have my tube removed, especially if it is on the left side like my last two etopics. What are my chances with one tube for having a normal pregnancy before I turn 35 in four years? Do you think that there is a possbility that I could have a normal pregnancy ever? I need some positive response and hope for the future. Thank you
