I'm not a Dr., but YUP you will need another shot at 28 weeks and another after delivery if the baby has positive blood. I am A- and my husband is O+ as well as my son. I am now 30 weeks pregnant and I had the Rhogam shot a few weeks ago along with all the blood tests at 28 weeks. Good luck with your pregnancy.
