I mentioned the tightening feeling to my doctor on Friday and he said 4-5 an hour were normal, but then yesterday (a weekend) I had a little cramping with it in my back or ab area. And once I felt some cramping in my rectal area, but then I had to use the bathroom, so that could be why. Hope I don't sound paranoid but this is my first pregnancy and I didn't expect these so soon. I'm only 22w4d. I have never had more than 4-5 in an hour, and the two times I've had a succession or 3-4 of them, the next hour they went away.
