Anterior Placenta Previa

At 19 weeks I was diagnosed with having anterior placenta previa. The tech said that it seemed that a part of the placenta was just "flopped" over the cervix and that if my bladder had been full that it may have appeared to just be an "optical illusion". She also stated that she was not sure if the placenta was even attached over the cervix. Is it possible for the placenta just to be "flopped" over the cervix and what did my bladder not being full have to do with the previa possibly being an "optical illusion"? Being diagnosed this early, what are my chances of it resolving? I have not had any bleeding episodes except a little spotting at 12, 13, and 14 weeks and am now 23 weeks. Thank you for any advice you can give me.
