You need to see an ob/gyn immediately. Although I can't suggest specific therapy over the Internet, I would likely offer patients of mine with similar histories both oral baby aspirin and heparin injections. With a history like yours I would usually suggest that a patient start these as soon as the pregnancy test turns positive.
