With my last pregnancy I was diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome. It was a successful pregnancy with a healthy baby boy. I had 8 previous miscarriages with none of them lasting past the 10th week. I believe I am pregnant now. Is there anything I can do to help keep this baby? I have had a low grade fever for the last 3 weeks and am dizzy a few times a day. Please reply.
