Dear Shahzia, I am not a doctor, but a sonographer. Also, I do not issue diagnoses, prognoses, or prescribe treatments. I think you will get better answers from the Pregnancy&Birth Forum. I am forwarding you message to that forum. You can go on the WWWeb to: http://forums.obgyn.net/pregnancy-birth/ <http://forums.obgyn.net/pregnancy-birth/> over the next few day to look for answers. You can also do a search from this page for previous discussions on the same topic.

Good luck.

Dear Doctor I am 26 yeas old. I have suffered from two miscarriages. First time I suffered from IUD of baby in the seventh month after severe bleeding in third month. Second time I had abortion in the third month just after some travelling. I have bicornuate uterus and Indirect Coomb's test weak positive. Other routine tests were normal. My doctor after Hysteroscopy that the probable cause of IUD and miscarriage is coomb's test. What tests should I undergo to diagnose the cause and is there any treatment for the problem. What are my treatment options. Can you help me please? Shahzia
