<< I have been experiencing lower back pain for about a week now and now the pain is unbearable. I could not even sleep last night. Does anyone know if it is safe to take Tylenol or Advil? I hate to call my doctor on a Sunday with this. Also today I have also been feeling very nauseaous. I hope its not preterm labor! >>

Take Tylenol! It is all you really can take being PG unless a Dr Rxs something different. Advil is not a drug listed to be able to take while Pregnant.

Put a heating pad to help. And if it does persist later on today and accompanied by more severe pain and contractions do call your OB ASAP!
