If your bleeding from where you urinate, your urithra, then the blood is coming from the bladder not the uterus. You mention back pain which is a common symptom of bladder infection. I currently am pregnant and also noticed some bleeding. At first I panicked then realized it was coming from the urinary tract. Anyhow I explained this to my doc but he looked at me like i was nuts. Well turns out I had a bladder infection therefore I was right! I would take a urine sample in to your docs next time you see blood there to check for an infection. Chances are he will put you on Macrobid to treat it if that indeed is the problem.
