BreastfeedingFrom: Christy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 13 Jul 1999 00:03:12 -0500 (CDT)
I am just begining my 3rd Trimester of pregnancy. I am currently about 100lbs. over weight(prepregnancy). I lost 80 lbs. right after haveing my first child(without dieting). I would love to do the same this time as I have gained only 13lbs. so far this pregnancy compared to 50 during the last. Anyway, my question is can I safely use Slimfast as long as I take vitamins and eat a well balanced meal each day? I plan to breastfeed for at least a year this time and don't want to wait that long to diet. My OB/GYN approved the Weightwatchers diet for me during pregnancy, but Weight watchers has a new policy of not accepting pregnant women even with Dr. approval :(. Thanx for any info :0)
