Re: Blood in CM -- WOW..... more...From: Marshella (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 11 Jul 1999 14:51:22 -0500 (CDT)
Hi Nancy, I've never heard of this being a sign of O. I think instead its a sign of implantation! Its possible, that you could have O'd on day 13-14, conceived, and now the blastocyst is starting to implant?? Keep us up to date and let us know how things turn out! Good luck! Mars (edd #1 2/10/00) P.S. It might also be the side pains are from ovary overstimulation from the clomid. You could have an ovarian cyst. I would discuss this with your doctor, anyone who is on clomid should be monitored by U/S to check for this, especially if you've been on it for awhile or at higher doses over 50 mg. I don't think, however, that the bloody CM would be a symptom of overstimulation. I know from personal experience that this same thing happened to me, the pains in the sides, etc.
