Antibiotics in Pregnancy???

I posted earlier about blood in the urine. 5 Days after seeing the dr the lab showed indeed an infection. He put me on Macrobid. This will be my 5th set of antibiotics in this preg (currently 28 weeks). First on Erythromycin, then Zithromax, following 2 sets of macrobid for suspicion of urinary track pain now this. What is the safety of all these antibiotics on a developing fetus? Would it be safer to skip the antibiotic as its already been 5 days and im feeling much better, drinking lots of fluids??? Please anyone?
