Any of (or all) those listed: nausea tender, swollen breasts enlarged blue veins on the breasts increased frequency of urination missed period fatigue aversion to certain foods/smells

Yes. The pregnancy tests detect hcg (human chorionic gonadotropin) in your urine. The levels may not be high enough for your test to pick up - yet. Tests vary in their sensitivity.

Yep, bleeding in early pregnancy is not uncommon.
If you are unsure, go to the doc and have a blood serum test run. It detects the same hormone as the urine test but is more sensitive.
