Really enough?? :-) Caffeine is a big bladder irritant as is cranberry juice - due to the high acidic content. I wouldn't worry unless you see larger amounts of blood (gross hematuria) then contact your OB for a Urology consult. I would push as much fluid as possible - WATER!! I get sick w/ plain water so I make decaffinated, sugar free iced tea. Bland but some flavor. Good luck and don't get alarmed by the blood you saw.
