My docotr had me go straight to the hospital where I was put on a fetal monitor to check for premature labor. I was given anibiotics, p[ainkillers, and a referral to go the next day for a renal and pelvic ultrasound. My doctor then saw me two days later on a Saturday (and he does not have Saturday hours). While it was scary, my experience assured me that I had the right doctor. It's painful, but once it's passed, it feels much better. >> >>-- >>Debbie >> >I've never had another one, luckily. The only thing about it striking in the middle of the night is that it was scary, and I wound up in a labor room hooked up to a fetal monitor after calling my doctor. Hope you're feeling better now.
