It is possible that you are ovulating. I also had this happen, I never had a period after my miscarriage(confirmed by lab results), must have ovulated days after. Somehow 8 weeks after I miscarried I was again pregnant (8 weeks, ultrasound confirmed), so I do agree that it can be VERY easy to become pregnant after miscarriage. I did spot at 8 weeks, thats why I had the US done. I had originally concieved identical(same sac) twins, but one did not develope(probably abnormality). Other than that, the whole pregnancy went uncomplicated and I delivered a healthy 7lb. 10.6oz. baby girl. They never treated me as I had any higher risk because I had miscarried previously.
