Don Couple of thoughts: Intrauterine insemination. This will get more of your husband's sperm closer to your egg. HSG (hysterosalpingogram). If not already done, this dye test should be done to make sure your tubes are open. Consultation with a reproductive endocrinologist (fertiltiy doc). Best of luck to you.
